The reason is, to lose weight we must reach a calorie deficit. Vinyasa itself uses series of movements with a higher speed than other yoga, so that it can help more calories.

How long do we have to practice Vinyasa to lose weight?
"Start with two to three sessions per week," Holly said.

If you are comfortable practicing on the mat, Holly passes the Vinyasa class up to four times with a duration of 60 minutes per class. You can increase the duration to 90 minutes with the same frequency.
"If you only do yoga to lose weight, do a minimum of three to four classes per week, do it 1 hour a day, that's important," he said.
