1. Physical symptoms

During the day children also yawn because they are sleepy, often complain because they feel tired, have fallen asleep while studying at school or while doing homework, and often coffee or drink something that contains sugar as a stimulant that is actually unhealthy.
2. Mental symptoms

3. Emotional symptoms
Children who lack sleep can become more irritable, more moody (moods change quickly), more impulsive, and often feel stressed.
